The almighty Sao Paulo's metallic hardcore heroes is back with their latest full-length album "The Language Of Refusal". Started in 1996, released various demos, then released their first album in 2000. "Centelha" under Liberation Records [Brazil], and Direccion Positiva Records [Colombia], and later on released as "Sparks" by Catalyst Records [US] in 2001. Their 2nd album "Imposed Freedom, Conquered Freedom" released in 2002 by Liberation Records, Catalyst Records, and Scorched Earth Policy [Germany].

They played their last show in 2006, and now, they're back with "A Linguagem Da Recusa" or "The Language Of Refusal" under various label including Indecision Records [US], Refuse Records [Polandia] and Diorama Records [Indonesia]

PONR is vegan straightedge band with deep focused on many issues including animal liberation, ecology warfare, environmentalism, 3rd world struggles, political and social issues, etc. 90's metalcore at the best of it's form.
